33 THE SERIES: (approx. 50 weeks)
Is a SIX volume study that builds upon many of the timeless truths taught by Robert Lewis in the original Men's Fraternity "Authentic Manhood" curriculum but also includes new material based on authentic manhood core principles. The series is designed to inspire and equip men to be able to pursue true authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ in His 33 years on earth.
Volume One: A Man and His Design - Contains six sessions that explore the basic foundations of authentic manhood and God's clear design for men.
Volume Two: A Man and His Story - In the pursuit of authentic manhood, every man must understand and come to grips with the defining moments and key relationships that have shaped his unique “story.” In this second volume of 33 The Series, men explore their stories through a biblical perspective. With help from experts and regular guys, they will be equipped to learn from their past, come alive in their present, and enjoy God’s best in the future.
Volume Three: A Man and His Traps - provides practical teaching, powerful testimonies, interviews, and creative elements combined in this six-session volume to help men avoid or escape the destruction that falling into the common manhood traps can bring.
Volume Four: A Man and His Work - God created man to work, and His Word instructs men on how to engage and enjoy work, and 33 The Series: A Man and His Work is a six-session study that provides insight into some of the ways men can find both their best fit and fulfillment in work. The study acknowledges the tensions and obstacles that men face in their work lives and helps them move beyond the frustrations and dead ends.
Volume Five: A Man and His Marriage - God created man to lead his marriage, and His Word instructs men on how to be the leader in their marriage too. This six-session study covers important but often misunderstood details about marriage, including biblical foundation, servant leadership, friendship, threats, and sex. It concludes with specific, practical ideas that can help you bring new life to your marriage.
Volume Six: A Man and His Family - Fatherhood is more than just protecting and providing for your kids. Being a dad is one of the most important and influential roles a man could ever play in his life. But being a good dad doesn’t always come naturally. This world needs more good dads. We need men who are willing to embrace the long road of building and cultivating a family. We need men who are willing to admit they haven’t figured it out and are prepared to do the work of learning how to lead and love their kids well.
Kingdom Man: (8 weeks) "A kingdom man is the kind of man that when his feet hit the floor each morning the devil says, ‘Oh crap, he’s up!’” So begins this powerful volume from Dr. Tony Evans, who believes that God wants every man to be a world-changer. This study takes the men along a journey through the principles of biblical manhood, exploring how those who live, work, and minister around a kingdom man benefit from his leadership and care. The men will be challenged to fully understand their position under God as well as their position over what God has given them. Equipped with these concepts, they can actively pursue ways to maximize and develop the character qualities of biblical manhood in their lives. As Tony contends, the enemy doesn’t want them to know it, but they are not the sin that has condemned them to be. They are a whole lot more. Starting now, they can become a kingdom man.
